CANNOT REINSTATE MOVIE DISCOUNT BENEFITS

I called 0860 11 24 68 to reinstate the benefits of the movie club discounts and this was duly done. I was then told that I need to call 0800 403 925 to have the card reinstated. Needless to say, the number does not exist. I then called 0860 11 24 68 again to be told to call 0800 00 4747 which I did, chose option 1 to be advised that that "is not a valid extension".
I am at a loss to get this sorted- unbelievable that you have to make so many calls just to reinstate a benefit, which I have to pay for anyway.
