Worst Service ever received from a company!

We installed wooden flooring using "Carpet & D? cor Centre" in fourways, since we have moved into our house we picked up issues with our wooden flooring, I then got hold of Nazim from the D? cor Centre to assist, he sent someone to my house to investigate, it has now been 4 weeks later and still nobody to come through and repair my floor (this after I offered to pay for repairs)

... if I phone him he says next week, it has no been 4 weeks, no backup service, not keeping the client at the centre of his business, the client needs to phone him the whole time, waste of telephone calls, waste of petrol and waste of effort, THATs NOW A WASTE OF A COMPANY!

Do not support him, you will be sorry if you need him for repairs.
