Dissappointed with response

I complained to head office with regards to the fact that when i was pregnant with my son i never received the baby things baby bag. the response from the lady i spoke with was that i never ticked the "receive emails about vaccinations" block. This form was filled out instore at the Retail crossing branch, and NOWHERE did it state that not ticking this block would prevent you from receiving any gifts or that it was a "front" for not receiving special gifts. I find this terrible service, and the fact that this is hidden from the clients is appauling! i spend a fortune every month at dischem, and if this is the service that your staff at headoffice gives, then its a terrible reflection and i will rather shop at clicks!
