Bad Service By Manager At A Retail Store

My name is Makgobane, I went to Shop-rite this morning 05/08/2013 at 08:51:20 to buy sanitary pads. i got there and found they have a promotion of Lil-lets essential pads 8'S R9.99 for 2 packs. took 6 packs, bruit aerosol deodorant for man was R17.99 and you get a R5 airtime. when i got to the till, Constance the cashier explained to me that the special was finished and i will be paying a fill price for the items, i asked her to call the manager. a woman by the name of EMMAH came and didn't even greet and started shouting at the cashier, i told her that i want to pay with the special price as it wasn't my problem that they didn't remove the tags.

my complaint is that she didn't talk to the cashier correctly and me. she didn't even try to apologize to me as a customer about the situation they had, they were understaffed.

i would like a written apology from her and she must also apologize in writing to Confidence. she must go for managerial skills, it is so sad that our fellow black people treat us so bad when they are on top.
