I've ben give a run for my money

I am highly concerned with the balance of my loan at Woolworths, in June I received a statement, giving a positive balance with an amount which is due to me. I had not been aware, so I went to the richards bay branch to inquire, and it was confirmed that I had paid more than what was due.
Now the problem has not been solved, instead I have been passed on over to different people to help me, but still no resolution. 1st I spoke to Caroline, then Zaira, I've also sent an e-mail to the customer care and on 18th July last spoke to Nandi over the phone, and no feedback has been given.
I am not happy at all with this kind of service, I believe I am also a valued client. I have faxed my bank statement 3 times as requested when I was promised to be refunded.
