This is getting worse

I got my computer back with a new charger. To my suprise when I came back from the holiday to use thed laptop the battery was messed up. I get a pop up message that it does not recognise the battery inserted. I think the consumer rights board has to know about this. These people are exploiting poor people for money. It is better to go to achinees shop and knowing what to expect than going to a so called discent shop and throw out money for damaged goods. I will make sure I don't encourage anyone get robed by these guys. I will not let this go until these guys are sure that this is not the way to treat people that put food into their tables
