After my first complaint on 22July, Siathemba called me and promised to give me an update.2weeks later I'm still waiting for the update. A lady from the call centre rather called me to remind me about my payment.payment of goods I returned? I guess there's still a delay at the warehouse.they are still busy with stock taking.
