Please do not use Something New for anything!!!

We contacted Melane in October 2012 to discuss our wedding invitations. She made all sorts of promises and requested 50% deposit to start creating the cards. We didn't hear from her for more than a month - she didn't answer her phone or give feedback. Then we ould get sporadic feedback promising us the world. We started looking for alternate people to create our invites but every so often Melane would appear on the scene promising us that the invites will be ready in a week.
We made the huge mistake of believing her everytime. Our RSVP date was 15 January 2013 and by that date we haven't even received our invites. We were to and betrayed every single day.
After sending her a letter from my attorney she decided to act on our request again (now 4 months later) and gave us the worst invites: not at all what we discussed or paid for!!

Please do not make use of her help. You will save yourselves a lot of headaches and money.
