Took out a cell phone subscription which came to an end two months ago. Cancelled the subscription and still being charged! Complained telephonically and was sent from one end to another. I then complained online and they promised to get back to me. I am still waiting. Unacceptable customer service and unacceptable to pay for something that has been cancelled!
