CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME _I WANT TO PAY YOU!!!

I find it pathetic that for today I made nine phone calls to nine different numbers. All I wanted was a statement of my loan account. Then I got told its handed over to the legal department which I said I understand but I'm by the means to settle this account now as I'm under debt review and to date I still haven't been able to get a detailed statement. Nine freaking numbers. Spoke to nine who apologised and just gave me another number. it is pathetic the service that one receives from what is suppose to be a reputable bank. i can't get it over me. you people are so quick to threaten with lawyers and charges and interest and having people harrass you for money but when I just ask a simple statement so I can settle whatever I owe you, its a schlep, I should be charging you for all the calls I've made and being pushed from pillar to post. Will someone please help. I just want to pay you whatever I owe you. I will never recommend anyone to deal with this bank ever.
