Worst Pick n Pay Eve

My family live in Kyalami Estates and they also use to go to this Pick n Pay when it was good over 7 years ago but I must say every time I go there or a family member or a friend they all complain about the same thing:
It always feels dirty
The food is either expired or damaged or just has no stock.
Staff are always talking to one another not even greeting the customer and they never smile.
I have had chicken that is off x3 times now so never again.

The store is ok to buy tinned or cleaning products etc but not for monthly shopping.
This shop needs TLC and proper management and customer service asap!!
