I am a good customer at Games Dion wired and Makro. But the service I receive was pathetick everytime I visit a Games store. I always end up fighting. There are no qualified people assisting. When I approach a sleasman and ask hime about a product, he has no clue how the product works or what are the features of it. I think Games Senior management needs to look at the peoples complaints and do something about the service. The staff is never friendly, always stuck up. Another thing is that when there is a special we drive all the way and they do not have stock. They want us to come back.By the time we come back with the high petrol price it is no longer at a special. They again need to do something about this. Also they take down my details but do not phone back when the stock arrives. I need to go in a number of times. The manager from Games Greenstone promised to call me when the stock arrives but to date no callls it is about 5 months already. He needs to have a to do list or must be trained on customer service.
