Dangerous new wider basket tollleys

I shopped at the Cape Town Central Fruit and Veg City about 6 months ago. I was pushing a smaller trolley (with top and bottom baskets), the wider version (regrettably, not the older longer narrow version which cannot tip over foreward as easily)). I am nimble, athletic, and not clumsy, but the front wheel stopped against a slightly unever paver block in the paved parking area, and, because all my purchases were in the top basket, probably making the trolley a bit top heavy, the trolley suddenly stopped and fell over frontwards, with myself falling over it, and to break my sudden fall, I put out my hand and it smashed onto the paving. Luckily, I did not sprain anything, or break any bones. I climbed up embarassed, with people watching saying "are you ok? ", and continued to my car. THE TROLLEYS SHOULD NOT BE APPROVED FOR USE, AS THIS SITUATION COULD HAPPEN TO ANYONE. THE OLDER LONG NARROW TROLLEYS ARE BETTER BECAUSE THEY ARE LESS LIKELY TO TIP OVER FORWARD (WHEN TOP HEAVY), TRY IT YOURSELF AND YOU WILL UNDERSTAND. If anyone less physically able than myself fell over their trolley, serious harm could very well have happened.
