POOR SERVICE

I applied for a loan on the 27 july 2013 .my I'd was last year n I was told that on my IT scan a warning messgae pops up from home affairs.they have been giving me the run around with regards to getting some pr no when all they needed to do was confirm if my I'd is valid but instead they are telling me they will not be able to assist me without a PR no. I think that is absolute nonsense on the part of hi fi corporation. I am not blacklisted and do not have a bad credit record yet they are treating me like a criminal telling me to phone n sort out home affairs when there is nothing to sort out.that warning is just there to prevent accounts being opened. I just opened a loan with standard bank last week and had the most grear service from them.the same warning popped up with std bank but I never had no hastle with them and my loan was approved in two days. I think hi fi corporation should really look into thisbecause I have never had so bad service.
