HOLE IN BED & SPRINGS A PROB: PURCH DEC 2012

I purchased a queen size bed in December 2012 and to date no satisfactory feedback/replacement from Beares. I've been dealing with Grace at Beares, Paarl as from January 2013 complaining that the matress had a hole in the middle side and the springs are cracking the moment there's movements on i.e. laying or sitting. I reported this on several occassions and they have sent someone out to come and inspect but still you can actually feel the hole in the bed. According them the bed does not have any holes nor creeking/cracking sounds from the springs. My previous bed lasts me for about 10 years and this one is only a few months old and a hole in - for me not on... Kindly inform me who I can get in contact with to sent someone out again to come and inspect the faulty bed.
