New SD cards fail and loose travel photos

I am so mad! I ordered 2 x 32GB Micro SD cards from Kalahari less than a month ago to use in my digital camera on my trip to Europe. When I got back now both the SD cards failed and we lost ALL our photos! I wish I could sue Kalahari!
