DUBBLE CHARGING?

I would like to know what the R26 account protection fee is. According to your employee running the Edgars Facebook page "The account protection fee covers your account in the event of retrenchment or death." but isin't that what the clubs also cover? We are enrolled in both clubs and according to my knowledge the clubs include the cover of your account in the case of death. Please assist and I would also like to know if you if you receive your statement via email when do you receive the club book?
