DISGUSTED AT EDGARS INCOMPETENCE

Good day. I am deeply disturbed by Edgar's constant hounding on my mum's fragile mind, after the death of my father on 3rd May 2013. We have submitted all documents via email to the Head Office on the 18th May 2013 notifying Edgars of his death. We have even submitted all documents twice to the Stanger Edgars as notification of his death. My mum is currently being paid out monthly from the Partner Protection Plan. In addition, his account had an Account Protection Plan (reflected on his statement), which should have been paid out after his death (which the Stanger branch has received all documents for). Yet after all this, Edgars is constantly hounding her with statements of a deceased man. She is being hounded by emails and telephone calls. I do not know how much further we can prove that my father is dead. Edgars incompetence is shocking. I hope we can put this matter to rest. Please do not email us any further statements nor telephone us unless someone competent can contact us as to why we are constantly being hounded. Thank you.
