I am an Edgars account holder with an account protection plan no: 01/PFS/EIS/APPP/9/2000. The protection plan also included my wife. Upon my death or my wife's death Hollard must clear the outstanding balance on the account. But my wife passed away on the 30th of August 2012 but up to now Hollard hasnt cleared my account. I sent them an email on the 30 of October seeking clarification but it has been ignored. I have made several trips to Edgars to have this issue resolved without success. Please can you help.
