Woolworths Online goes from Good to Shocking

On 25 July I placed an order for delivery on the New Woolworths Online system (the Old system was so much better). Payment was made and the goods were suppose to be delivered on 29 July between 10 - 12pm. Well it is now 16:30 and still no order.

No communication has been forth regarding an expected delay or why the delivery has not been made.

When phoning the online service contact number firstly the number doesn't exist and twice when the general call centre tried to put me through I was cut off.

When I finally did get through, they couldn't help me as the staff at the store responsible for sending out the goods had already left for the day.

Delays do occur, but surely the customer needs to be kept in the lppo.
