Harrasment at employment

The above mentioned company comes to your work place to harrass you for payment on account and then Pertunia calls to advised that she could not get me at my employer as I am not at work, they came to my residence to threaten me for payment after I advised them that I was not sure what the reason was for my debit order not going off as they called on Sunday and I advised them that I will find out by the bank on Monday. This is when they started to harass me and since when does a company have a policy of collecting funds at your work place or residence, as that money can get lost or I will have no proof of payment??? I never heard of this, also then they sms me telling me that must go to the ombudsman (from Pertunia's personal cellphone number) telling me that her manager says I must go to the Ombudsman as I am not at work. Her spelling is horrible and it is so unprofessional, I will never deal with this business again, as they have no client etiket!
