I just had another nightmare with Lewis Store and this its a second bad experience I had with with them, I bought a bed with Lewis last year and the faulty bed was delivered and they took forever to replace it. now its another payment nightmare I have with them, after I received the bed, I was unable to go to their store to make payments as its inconveniencing for me and I asked them to debit my account every month and they told me they cant debit my account. This year a lady called and I requested for their account number and I did a transfer and later found out it was a wrong account number confirmed by a lady called Payme mashinini, I later advised her that i will have to reverse that other payment and transfer again.

yesterday which was 06/02/2014 got a call from colleague that a guy called Demaine came to my workplace and they advised him am not at work and he start causing a scene at my workplace and told the securities that they are lying to him, my manager was called to confirm my absence at work yet the guy continued making noise and even told the securities that "AM PLAYING WITH FIRE"

What kind of company do that and threaten their customers??
