Samsung TV damaged, POOR customer service

My complaint is as follows
o Purchased a 32inch LED TV from Game Clearwater on the 22/11/2012.
o On the 14th July 2013 the TV was dropped off @ Game Westgate as the USB port was faulty
o On the 30th of July we received a call 4rm Lorraine 4rm Game, stating that the TV was ready for Collection.
o We arrived at the Store at 17:55; the TV was bubble wrapped and ready for collection.
o The cust ser consultant asked us to sign the necessary paper work and we left.
o We got home. Switched on the TV, the screen was damaged. There was no physical damage to the TV.
o On the 31st July 2013, I called Game Westgate and spoke to Carol, explained the condition of the TV and explained that I was unable to bring the TV in immediately as I had to go to WORK, however I would drop off the TV the afternoon.
o I got to the store at about 17:30 explained the problem and I was referred to a Store Manager. I was quiet upset by his consistent remarks. First one being, He explained that all appliances are checked when they are returned to the store from the Suppliers. He doesn't see how this was given to us in the condition I claim it was. Secondly he asked if we had tested the TV. I believe that
