Trojan Image 350 Eliptical not working

We booked our Trojan in as there was no tension on the 'wheel' - we took it in Saturday 20/07. It was booked in by Patrick. Since then I had to make numnerous phone calls to find out on the status of the trojan, as Makro insisted it be sent for repairs, nevermind that we bought it 19/01, 6 month and 1day old unit. As working customers we could only take it in on the Saturday. Now for 1 day I'm being incovenienced, and pure frustation for something I bought and paid for! And Makro's excuse is - you should've phoned us to collect from your home. It does not state anything of this nature on your return policy? I've spoke to Rozane and Patrick and the stories I'm getting differs. WHAT IS GOING ON THERE!! Being told we will get the Trojan back on Wednesday, but no-one knows what's wrong with it? Or waiting for parts. Or it will be fixed on the premsises. I don't want it back - I want a refund - cannot TRUST Makro anymore!
