Mehannos Pizza's Bad Service!

I've contacted Mehannos @ 4:45 to place my order, which they said to pickup @ 5:45. I got there just before 6 and no pizza! I asked how long, but keep on getting the same answer 'its in the oven'. I stood for another 20minutes. Just to stress that its fasting. We break our fast @ 6:05 and still standing. They keep on saying the same thing instead of apologising that they up. I stood in hope that mine will be done soon because my family are waiting for supper. I cancelled my order and so did many Moslem customers. The fact that it's a Halaal pizzeria or restaurant, their heads were not covered! Without an apology or showing no sympathy or empathy was totally disgraceful. Having to come home without food hurts me because that was my promise to my kids. Never in my life have I had such bad service from anyone! To add to this is the fact it happens most of the time or am I just unfortunate when I order from them?
