3minutes to late, what service is that? Disguisted!

On the 20th of July I went to the Glassfit in Midrand to do my assessment as i had taken out insurance. The door of the place was open their where two guys behind the counter, i asked them how long it will take for the assessment they said 5 minutes I then said my car is outside can you please do the assessment. The response to this was its 12:03 we close at 12pm you need to come back. What kind of service is this, if you closed lock the door put up a sign don't stand in their and turn customers away. Is this how you treat your customers? I am not impressed. The lack of service and the dont care attitudes is shocking.
