Having purchased toner cartridges for an HP LaserJet 1600 in January from INKSAVER, which are yielding excellent results, whilst printing during an electrical storm, a power dip caused damage to the chip in one of these toner cartridges. An email was sent to INKSAVER enquiring if I could purchase a replacement chip. A replay was received within minutes and later received a call from Marc Teixeira advising me that they will be sending me a complete replacement cartridge. This is the type of service which one only dreams of and rarely experiences. I would recommend that any party wanting to purchase cartridges, do so from INKSAVER
