Cashier Bernice was assisting me, 1 of the items scanned incorrect prize, she called Marlon which i suppose is the manager, they charged me the correct prize but failed to remove the initial incorrect amount. I only noticed this once i was at work checking my receipt. I went back to the shop demanding back my money, which they gave back to me but again failing to apologise for the inconvience caused. Marlon did so in a very condencending voice after i pointed this out. This will make me stop buying anything at Clicks and rather buy from Dischem which has far better service than any Clicks...
