Exclusive Premier Event

On 16/7 I received an e-mail from Kim Birkby to attend a "exclusive Premier Event" on 3/08, at Birchwood Hotel Boksburg. This mail was received 6 days after the RSVP date. I replied requesting to bring a friend along, the response was that I may & please to provide her name - this I did. Then I receive a phonecall from "someone" at Montana PnP saying that the event would be at Union Caterers in Lynwood Pretoria, I double checked that we would be 2. The day before yesterday I received a voicemail - saying that the event is in Boksburg, not Lynwood and I was please to RSVP by close of business - BUT no name or telephone no was given. Yesterday I received a call from Montana PnP - when explained that name or number was given I was told "you should have known it was PnP Montana" and was then told "'cause you didn't RSVP yesterday (despite only receiving the message after my 18h00 meeting) I & and; my friend are no longer welcome to attend". Whoever is arranging this event clearly doesn't know what the left hand is doing from the right and it appears to be an absolute FIASCO - not to mention the absolute unproffesional and inapropriate way in which this was handled.
