I placed an order for a 13 piece duvet set with curtains. Before placing the order, I phoned them to ask if the curtains came in kirch tape or tab tops. They confirmed kirsh tape. I then placed the order and when it arrived, I received the tab tops. I contacted them, they then advised that it only comes in tab tops. i argued the fact that I was told kirch and could I not exchange it and pay the difference. I sent it back as the catalogue had loose sets that a person could buy which was kirch or tab. One agent said yes they have it, the other said no they don't and another one said it was a PRINTING error in the catalogue. It is now 3 payments later, original curtains are sent back to me and I must be happy with what I have ordered. I can't send back as I was so excited to purchase it, that when I took it out of the box, I immediately washed the duvet set.
I also purchased a toaster which was sent back as faulty when I received it and it has now been 3 weeks and a few calls later to find out when I will be getting this replaced. The call centre answers the call, gives feedback and tells me someone will contact me, noone does and I cannot phone them direct to get answers.
