Terrible service and goods in a bad condition!!!

I bought a patio set and recliner kudu leather chair the 2nd week in May to the value of /- R12 000, we were suppose to pick it up on the 1st of June, we had to arrange for a bakkie as we don't have one to go and pick it up, then we found out that our stock is no longer at Highveld Mall, but at Safeway, so now we need to drive up and down after they messed us around. I then got into contact with Wendy (manager) where she then arranged delivery because I was not going to drive up and down. The goods was delivered etc. We started assembly it about a week after that when we realised that the one leg of the table was not able to fit into the bracket that was connected to the table because it was too small. So now the one leg is longer than the other because it could not go in any deeper, this means that we don't have any use for this table now, because it wobbles' and is not stable.

Secondly, the recliner chair that we bought can rock and turn 360 degree's, after 2weeks use it stops at a certain point where it can't turn any further and when it rocks it makes the most terrible sound and not a smooth rocking feeling. And this is a Alpine mechanism??? That gives you 2year guarantee??
