Should you want to experience excellent customer service do no bother to waste your time at House & Home Festival Mall. We bought a leather lounge suite in November 2012, only to find that 1 chair was faulty. We were told by management that they will replace the set in January, needless to say nothing happened. I had to go to the store every month to find out when the set will be replaced, we are now at the end of May and still no lounge suite. To make matters even better we paid cash for the lounge suite in November. The unforgettable House & Home experience, excuse me home & no furniture experience started out great with the salesman Goodman, Verdi the manager at the time made an attempt, however there after it went no where. We were dealing with Sonja, Albert and Peter Klein. The ultimate price for "EXCELLENT CUTOMER SERVICE" must go to Ben van der Berg. He made me sit in the store today and made me wait for 20 minutes while they were supposedly busy with my refund which never happened.. Much more to say not enough space. Beware, here I am after 6mths with no lounge suite and I'm not sure when I will get my money back.
