Shockingly bad sales practices, no accountability

RE: No Delivery and NO REFUND.
I bought and paid R390 for a UNISA 2nd hand book on 27June order: M10343811.
Not only was the book never delivered but upon querying status ten days later through call centre was told to contact the seller directly via email and arrange things further (no accountability). After emails back and forth - the seller indicated having already sold the book. Back to call centre and I was told to arrange that the seller removes the book availability from Kalahari account (note: I had to arrange this).
After this done the Status on the transacton was changed to "Refund Paid to Buyer" for amount R350 - note: NO R40 POSTAGE REFUND indicated although it was never posted.
However, to date STILL NO REFUND received at all now nearly one month later.
I insist on receiving the full R390 back in my account... and WILL NEVER USE ANY SUCH SHODDY 2nd HAND SERVICE WITH KALAHARI AGAIN.
Kalahari takes absolutely no responsibility for any failure of the transaction and force you to do all the investigation and following up.
I am sure Kalahari has contravened the CPA in so many ways with these practices, and need deeper investigation by the Public Protecto
