In August I made a purchase on Kalahar's Marketplace. The seller immediately notified Kalahari that the item was no longer available and to refund me. Kalahari did not do this and a month later when I called to query the delivery of the item, they still did not notify me of this and instead gave me the run around telling me that they are trying to contact the seller about this. I managed to contact the seller myself who notified me of the incident and gave me the reference number and proof of email that was sent to Kalahari at the time. It is now 3 months later and I have been calling kalahari about my refund every week since and still no refund has been made. No one seems to put notes on the system and I find myself having to repeat this story constantly yet get the same response everytime "We will investigate with Marketplace and get back to you". No one gets back to me and I am forced to make follow up calls and still no closer to getting my refund. [URL Removed] seems only to happy to be dragging their feet on this because it is obviously a gain on their end. If I had not made contact with the seller, I would be made to believe the fault was the seller's. Simply put, THEY ARE!
