Tokai branch has the Just fiends card which me an my wife use regularly. A couple months (4) their restaurant staff misplaced my card. They look for it and could not found it. We have been going back regularly and ask every time for it. In a drawer there were at least 50 lost cards. After a few weeks they told me they can't help me and must apply for a new card, but now they do not have forms. So more weeks go by and and eventually they got it and I apply again. Now this is again a few weeks later, but nothing. As I shop regularly there I do not get the same benefits as the other customers.
