I returned a pair of skull candy earphones to the store as the one ear piece was not working, I gave them all the necessary documents they asked for, they wrote my details on the till slip, and placed it all into a bank bag under the till draw.

Skull candy have a lifetime warranty so they will be replaced. How ever, there management has changed like 4 times since this dealing and somewhere during all this change they have lost my earphones.

it has been over 2 months, going on 3 months now and I still have had no satisfaction or any result. It has been the most poor aftermarket sales service I have ever experienced.

Not only is the service of the shop poor, but I have taken this to the owner, Jayshree, and still nothing has been done. I called her again today only to be cut off as she is ''busy'' and the staff at the shop are handling it. I have been hearing that story for the entire duration of this return.

if this is the kind of service and quality to be expected by the company then its no wonder why its not the shop it use to be. You could always count on good service and product but it seems things have changed for Boogaloos these days
