I purchased a set of Skull Candy earphones in February 2012 and returned them in October 2012 because one earpiece was no longer working. They were replaced with a new set due to a 1 year warranty. The replacement pair's one ear set came apart and when I returned these (with the slip showing they were replaced in October, I was told that they fall out of warranty because they warranty would be from the date of purchase of the first replaced broken set. Hein asked the manager of the branch who agreed with this decision. I called the suppliers who said that this is Incredible Connection's policy, not theirs and I then called Skull Candy who said that they need to see the earphones to whether the damage is a factory or "aggressive" one and in either case, they would assist in some way. When I explained this to Hein, he simply shrugged his shoulders. When I added that I am not happy with the service and that if this is their returns policy, I would rather not purchase from them, he simply said that is fine. I added that I am going to take this to the media and he was also fine with that. Incredible Connection never offered further assistance. Bad attitude.
