Not paying out claim

My lg 55' tv was from my car witch was parked inside my locked gargage in a security complex, I parked my car inside the car port and locked everyting up before leaving for work with my comany vechile. It was parked at the premises because I was busy moving to a new adress.

I went and reported the and no one was suspected or aprihended. I took my case number, id and avid to my joshua doore middelburg branch. and there I was immediately told my claim can not be prosessed because the was in the case of being goods out of a vehicle. Nothing further was said or no paperwork was handed over or signed of at the branch.

I am not happy by the fact that there was no explination about this or nothing read or said to me while buying the tv and taking out the insurance.

Why did I even take out the insurance if they have such a big list of rules and regulations for when and were and how they will not be paying out your claim.

The insurance Was and Still is a waste of money. I have to pay insurance and my monthly installment for absolutely nothing. No tv, and insurance that is not what it say it is.

The staff are poor.

I will not be making use of jdg again. Eve
