Unfaire and unacceptable

I purchased a lounge suite from Joshua Doore. I had about 4 payments left and it would have been paid off. Unfortunately I was retrenched. I took a copy of my retrenchment letter in and signed the required forms. I obviously had insurance on the contract and until this day they are still horrasing me for payment and not only that... they have now put judgement against my name and I can now not do anything! I'm tie, really tierd. Why does one take insurance out if they have no intenton of paying out! I need help, I don't know where to turn anympre!!
