Paid R100 more than supposed to for delivery costs

Got sms stating I won a 19 piece knife set. Spoke to Gift he told me to pay R230, I paid and found out I only had to pay R130. Informed Gift and he said I can choose what ever I want for the extra R100. Gladys phoned me and i informed her that i want the Dolphin Mop. It's been over a month now and I am still waiting for feedback and the mop. Have sent emails to Clifford (manager) and he doesn't even get back to me. Every time i phone, i have to explain the story from the beginning. I am getting - I WANT MY R100 BACK, YOU CAN STUFF THE DOLPHIN MOP - HOMEMARK IS A!!!
