Absolutely disappointed at the lack of service with regards to assistance in searching for home appliances. Having travelled from the Midlands area to purchase our home appliances we were surprised by the fact that the two hours we spent at your store we received absolutely no assistance in helping us search for certain items. Upon finding a certain product we were abruptly told that it was out of stock at your store, and no effort was made to assist us with regards to whether your store would be restocking it at a later stage.
