Most regretful purchase eve

We purchased 2 couches (a Santorini 2 & 3 seater) from Coricraft on 18 January 2012.

I have spent numerous minutes on calls with their customer care center with regards to the stuffing of the cushions, which has been replaced 3 times, with the first replacement done on 11 June 2012, which in hindsight was even more of an issue as the lady promised to call me back within 5 minutes and after hearing nothing from the customer care center, I called back, speaking to the same lady, who was offended when I said that their service was awful.

When paying R12 435.00 for 2 couches one would at least hope that the quality is of such that one would not be needing to spend any time whether it is on calls or waiting for the delivery truck.

At this point I don't even want to waste my time in calling the customer care center, to have the stuffing of the cushions replaced because I know that I'm going to have to do it again and again and again.

Not even a year and a half has passed since the purchase and I feel like taking these couches back and demanding a refund as I am no longer interested in them or Coricraft's "Quality worth waiting for".
