3hours late delivery and still no one

Bought a fridge and tubledryer (20 July 2013) from hifi woodmead branch jhb after being bombared with sales people telling me I have to have the extended warranty etc and being adement I have to have thegwarranty they assured me that delivery will take place monday 22 july 2013 at 15:30 its now 19:00 and no show after taking the afternoon of work. I have paid cash for the goods and still no sign of them.trying to contact them all they said at 16:00 they in their way... 3.5h later and no one... poorest service ever! I await hifi corp response as niw I beedcrivtake another day leave I will never recommend them will probably not even hear from them as they clearly don't care and know about customer and communication!
