Customer Service

I have been a client with Edgars for over 15 years and the embarrasment
of your Mall at Reds store in Centurion is laughable. The quality of merchanding and more
importantly the lack of customer responsibility in the manner the store is managed
is beyond the meaning of management.

I visited on more than one occassion and think the staff tries to deal with customer service
within their capability but their seems to be a lack the support from management. I visited again on the 01/06/2013 month end, 2xsales tellers on the counter in the entire store, 2xcustomer service tellers in the entire store and no management to be seen anywhere. The amount of irrate customers on Saturday within the store was not excusable. I got to FICA my account and then was told it will take two weeks to finalise? and this is how you run a businss based on sales.
