A RIP OFF AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was lucky enough to be able to buy an oil and vinegar at Carrol Boyes a while ago. The vinegar spout has been replaced once before and I took it back to Canal Walk asking them to repair or replace it for me again. The joining is obviously getting corroded. I have the slip dated 20 May 2013. I have phoned numerous times to find out if it's ready. I was told it's a certain amount of days/weeks, to call back, which I did. Either never got return calls or they didn't leave a message. Phoned head office today and spoke to Karen there. When she called back she told me it was delivered back to Canal Walk on Thursday (almost 2 months after me taking it to them). Do you think I have had a call to tell me it is ready? If they think I'm paying anything for the repair, they are mistaken!!! 0 customer service = 0 payment and 0 future purchases! It's a rip off anyway and wouldn't be making any more either way
