Very Bad Attitude from manager at store!!!

For years I invited all my family to come visit me and to buy meat from Super Servings each weekend, not because they are the cheapest, but of the packaging; vacuum packed and labelled. My sister visited from Johannesburg on Saturday 13 July and when she entered the store she asked the manager where to find the minced meat. He told her "If you come here more often, you would know". When she wanted to tell him she came from Johannesburg, he already continued his conversation with his companion. I did my best to promote the shop to family and friends but cannot do that anymore, he is very rude. When I phoned the owner, Mr Pieters to inform him of this incident, he cut me short before I could finish what I wanted to say (more incidences of what happened to friends too) He promised to phone me back and also apologise to my sister and her daughter and friends for the humiliation caused but he did not. I have waited since Tuesday for him to phone me as promised, it is now Friday evening! With that attitude from the owner it is perhaps the reason why the shop manager also doesn't care? Thank you for the opportunity to have myself heard Hello Peter!!!
