Steers
Great Owner/Manager and super service

Last night some friends and I visited the Steers that is in the Total Garage on Main Road, Woodstock. The Manager (I assume owner as well) greeted us as we entered the door. I was very surprised to find the level of service we encountered (from a service station). All the staff were friendly and helpful even though they were busy and it was late at night.

We laughed when we overheard the Manager/Owner telling the griller that "the clients can taste if you are smiling when you cook". He should be commended for taking such an active role in the store. It's always nice when your expectations are exceeded rather than just being met. One of my friends ordered a vegetarian burger that took a little longer than the other burgers and instead of just letting her wait, he explained the process to her and told her why.

I've been to many Steers branches and before this I've always encountered the same disinterested service. It's efficient but boring. Perhaps I can taste when the staff are smiling.
