HR Department didn't submit Provident Fund Claim

I have resigned and left my job as Shoe City end June.

I had conformation on the 6th of June that the HR department submitted my claim for my provident fund.
I contacted the relevant provident fund to find out how far my claim was and they informed me that they
have not received my claim. I am trying to contact the Area Manager that i worked under as well as the
HR Lady that handled my paper work and they are not answering there phone. I was suppose to get my
money anytime soon if they submitted the claim. Now i am stressed without a job and no money on the way.

I need the HR department form Shoe City to contact me and inform me what is going on.
This stress of not getting hold of them are effecting my life.
