Rhapsody's Lynnwood Bridge
Bad service full of attitude towards customers

I was with my 4 friends chilling at Rhapsodys Lynnwood having supper and drinks.
Our night was cut short when the rude Manager (Lindiwe Munemo) as we were told, gave us attitude and horrible service. One of friends wedding ring fell between the wooden floor deck that were sitting on top. We explained to our waiter what has happened and asked him to get the manager so she can help us out. We asked if we can do a quick lift of the deck and get the ring. The manager just came out shouting and being rude to us with out even greeting us. We tried to explain to her the situation and that our friend can't leave without his wedding ring. We asked if we can wait till the shop is closed and customers are gone, to try get it out. She told us no, we must get a stick from somewhere to get the ring and she told us she don't care.
All she wanted was for us to pay the bill and just kept on shouting and being rude towards us.
We then lifted the deck and took out the ring in less than a 20 seconds. The manger was threatening to call the cops on us and security. She kept telling us she is the manager and she can do what she want's. We paid a bill of R1625.69 and still gave gratitude to the waite
