8 SHELVES SHOES ORGANIZER

Today at around 10h00 I went to buy shoes and 8 Shelves Shoes Organizer.

When the cashier scanned the shoes organizer it reflected with the price being R00.01 and I was told that in cases such that, they cannot sell the item.

I feel aggravated as I could not get the item I wanted to buy as when items are in store they are there to be sold and when faults such as that occurs I still feel obligated to buy them with the price it comes with.

Please help.
